About us

We're Fabio and Christian, two brothers. Since 2006 we've been serving Piedmontese food the way we make it at home: fresh pasta and bread made by us every day, and dishes cooked to order. Fabio runs the kitchen and changes the menu every week, following the seasons and the best ingredients of the moment; Christian welcomes you in the dining room, warmly and with no rush.

The place

We're just outside Dogliani, up on the hill, surrounded by green and away from the road. In summer you eat on the terrace, looking over the valley and, on clear days, all the way to Monviso. In winter the ground-floor dining room is warm and welcoming; upstairs there's room for long family tables and parties with friends. Plenty of parking.
